Nathalie Lambert is a DPLG architect and a graduate of ENSA Bordeaux. She has lived in Charente-Maritime for over 20 years and is a leading figure in island architecture on the islands of Aix and Oléron. Nathalie Lambert's commitment to the island led her in 2021 to take over the PH COULON agency, created and directed by a renowned architect on the island. After two years of collaboration, the Ile d'Oléron Architecture agency was born, in order to ensure the continuity of current projects, while perpetuating a sensitive vision of architecture.
Located in the heart of the Ile d'Oléron, the architectural agency specialises in the design of individual houses, collective housing, industrial port buildings and local shops, in new or refurbished programmes. Nathalie Lambert works alongside a multidisciplinary team consisting of a DE architect, a BIM draughtsman and an interior designer. Dynamic and attentive to the client's wishes, Nathalie Lambert and her team accompany you through all phases of the project, from the feasibility study to site supervision, including the submission of the building permit and the interior design of your living spaces. Present on a daily basis on Oléron, these architects ensure the continuity of your projects and the monitoring of the work throughout the year, on the whole island.
Mindful of the problems of our time, the agency will be able to assist you with thermal issues, the risks of submersion or the understanding of urban planning documents. Nathalie Lambert is committed to creating a project that lives up to your ambitions, while taking into account the issues involved.
Île d'Oléron Architecture also works to limit the environmental impact of its own activity, by saving water and energy, reducing paper consumption, encouraging waste recycling and thinking about its own supplies and mobility. The evolution of societal issues implies greater demands in terms of comfort and health. Nathalie Lambert is convinced that biosourced architecture ensures the comfort of users, with a thoughtful, sustainable and environmentally friendly integration, favouring non-inert materials that can capture CO2.
