Carin Theil Nilsson is a DPLG architect and founder of CATH architecture. Since the early years of her professional activity, this architect has dedicated herself to creating unique and tailor-made projects for private clients. She has had the opportunity to carry out numerous renovations and refurbishments of individual houses and flats.
Later, Carin Theil Nilsson gained extensive skills in a wide range of fields as a result of many years working in large Parisian agencies. In particular, she has gained expertise in the design of public buildings, such as hospitals and nursing homes, as well as in the design and construction of residential and office spaces, both in new build and refurbishment projects.
CATH architecture follows her aspirations to try to fulfil her clients' wishes designing projects that focus on ecology, authenticity and aesthetics. Carin Theil Nilsson is committed to accompanying clients throughout the entire project, from the design stage through to site supervision.
Carin Theil Nilsson's architecture embodies the following philosophy:
Ergonomics: The architecture must adapt to your needs in order to be in harmony with your values.
Aesthetics: Aesthetics is intimately linked to the use of organic and authentic materials that come alive in a clear entity to create an atmosphere of well-being.
Ecology: The building is adapted to its rural or urban environment in order to be part of a balanced environmental approach.
Economy: The project is created according to your budget and the profile of the investment.
