Caroline Ribaut is an HMONP architect that graduated from the Saint-Etienne School of Architecture in 2006 and worked for an agency in Lyon for nearly 7 years. Drawing on this experience, this architect decided to put her skills to good use and embark on a new adventure.
Caroline Ribaut 's projects, now located in the Gers region, focus on the renovation and restoration of existing buildings for public and private clients. Renovation is an aspect of architecture that drives her; starting from an existing building, with its own history, sometimes forgotten or neglected, and having the opportunity to give it a second life. This is, for her, one of the most gratifying facets of her profession.
Caroline Ribaut is committed to supporting her clients at every stage of their collaboration and to helping them develop their project at every stage: ESQ, APS, 3D modelling, site supervision, whether for new or renovation programmes. In order to guarantee the client perfect control of their project, Caroline Ribaut concentrates her business on small and medium-scale projects. This business model allows her to offer an architecture that is tailored to the environment, the wishes and the budget of each individual. In collaboration with a works manager, assistant project manager, Caroline Ribaut also assists with the feasibility of a project as well as with the possibility of establishing a financial study beforehand.
As an architect, Caroline Ribaut works on a wide variety of projects, always with the aim of satisfying her clients:
- Accompanying the client on real estate visits
- Project suitability analysis with a survey of the current situation and an estimate of the overall budget
- Administrative follow-up including the preliminary report and the preparation of the building permit application
- Site follow-up until handover with the preparation of tenders, analysis and evaluation of estimates, signing of contracts, etc.
