Patricia JEHANNIN is an architect of use, listening to the client throughout the project. She accompanies him in the evolution of his needs and expectations. This professional of spaces sculpts the volumes while taking care to bring in natural light.
Aware that each project, like life itself, is part of a dynamic of change, her proposal consists of imagining modular spaces and designing evolving furniture.
Convinced that the fulfilment of our personal and social life is closely linked to our living environment, the Breton architect designs projects that are functional as well as aesthetic, innovative while remaining close to the natural elements. The common thread of her work is the notion of well-being.
Patricia JEHANNIN has been a freelance architect since 1999 and has a solid experience of renovation, extension and rehabilitation projects. Until 2014, she worked mainly on construction, renovation and extension projects.
Since then, while keeping a close eye on housing issues, Patricia has been assisting professionals in the redevelopment and renovation of their office spaces and is involved in the creation of shops.
Responding to projects of various sizes - from the extension of a house of 20 m2 to a professional project of 1,800 m2 - the agency surrounds itself, according to the needs, with multidisciplinary teams (structural, fluid and acoustic design offices, economists and OPC, interior architect). The expertise of each team member contributes to the success of the project - respecting deadlines and budgets, fine detailing and technical accuracy.
During the execution phase, Patricia works with the craftsmen to fine-tune the final details. As project manager, this space professional is involved in all decisions and remains the privileged contact with the client.
A resolutely agile and mobile architect, she has chosen to work alone within her agency. Refusing to remain anchored in one territory, Patricia defines herself as a nomadic architect, which allows her to work on projects on a national scale.
Living in Fougères since the creation of her agency, the architect created in 2020 "l'espace aj'il" where she receives clients, companies and partners. In addition to being a coworking space, it is a place where professionals can be welcomed from time to time (during work on their premises, for example). It is also a showroom dedicated to office space. Modular in nature, this space also hosts events, exhibits works of art and welcomes temporary installations.
The objective of "l'espace aj'il" is to reveal the resonance between architectural and artistic creation.
Moving to Paris in the summer of 2023, Patricia JEHANNIN is keen to work more on issues related to mobility and the densification of the urban fabric.
The architect continues her projects in Fougères and continues to agitate the "espace aj'il".
