Syya Architectes was founded in 2020 by Sylvain Primout, Architect DE HMONP, in Marseille in an ecosystem of engineers, architects, landscape architects, urban planners, carpenters and photographers, rich in skills and know-how.
Syya Architects is based in the centre of Marseille, but its radius of action extends to the Vaucluse and the Alpes-Maritimes. Working with both private individuals and professionals, the agency works on the rehabilitation of existing buildings, thermal renovation and new construction and will be able to respond to all your projects, whatever the scale.
The agency is registered with the Ordre des Architectes and is insured by the Mutuelle des Architectes Français.
THE POSITION
"We believe that architecture is above all a means of responding to an initial project desire. The work we do begins with a dialogue with the client to define his expectations, prioritise his desires, advise him and then design, draw and carry the project through to construction.
The adequacy of the project with the client's wishes then depends on the precision of this request but also on the pragmatism of the architect who, through his research work, will propose the most suitable solution to the need expressed. For this, Syya Architects always responds to a programme, which it defines with the client, but also a global budget for the realisation. The agency always looks for sober and economical solutions, using sustainable and quality materials.

THE PRACTICE
The agency carries out feasibility studies, sketches, administrative deposits, complete missions with site supervision and is also authorised to carry out energy diagnostics.
Syya Architects adapts its way of working to the needs of the project. If the project is not defined, Sylvain Primout presents feasibility studies to help you define it and establish a budget.
If the project is better defined, the agency offers preliminary studies including sketches and preliminary designs up to the building permit.
At the end of these phases, the agency generally recommends the complete mission, including the general design, consultation of the companies and follow-up of the building site until the delivery.
