1. Feasibility study and free estimate

After having taken note of your needs, the architect will determine the feasibility of the project according to the available budget and will then draw up an estimate for his services (this stage is entirely free for the client).

2. Sketch of the project with a summary estimate of the cost of the work

At this stage, the architect provides the client with a representation of the project which allows him to validate his choices with regard to the cost of the corresponding work.

3. Preliminary design and building permit file or preliminary declaration

This stage is only undertaken after validation of the previous one. It includes all the necessary services up to the presentation of a preliminary project defined by graphic documents and a detailed description of the work. It ends with the preparation of the building permit or prior declaration file when necessary.

4. Additional studies and obtaining estimates for the work

These include the establishment of the detailed project and the consultation of companies for the execution of the works.

5. Management of the works with control of the deadlines
