AB3E Architecture & Design is an agency based in Cannes on the Côte d’Azur.
After several years of collaboration, the agency was founded in June 2016 by François Giraud DESA Architect – Graduate Landscape Architect and Bruno Blanchard 3D Conceptor-Designer.
AB3E Architecture & Design specializes in the design of private property, both for new projects and renovation, extension, elevation or even rehabilitation.
The agency brings together different expertise combining the professions of architecture, landscape and design in order to best respond to the expectations and desires of project owners, with regard to the envisaged style (contemporary, modern, traditional).
Over the years AB3E Architecture & Design has developed a sharp and refined architectural vision, placing the contextualization of the project and the organization of spaces at the heart of its conceptual and creative approach. The agency thus reconciles technical and creative aspects, bringing together the subtle balance between aesthetics and functionality.
François Giraud and Bruno Blanchard are developing a guideline that promotes dialogue and exchange in order to carry out global reflection with a view to creating a new framework in harmony with your aspirations.

AB3E Architecture & Design works in close collaboration with interior architects/decorators, specialized design offices (structure, thermal, acoustics, home automation, etc.) and project managers, to offer you a complete and quality service.
Beyond regulations and issues, new challenges to overcome have emerged in recent years and the team intends to contribute to this general reflection that constitutes the paradigm shift of “progress” called for by the major transitions currently underway.
