The Montouro team started in 2007 in Ciboure in the Basque Country. With numerous local and international projects, the workshop is made up of around ten people: architects, construction economists, designers, computer graphics designers, interior designers, landscapers and an administrative center. Since 2021, we are now based in Saint-Jean de Luz, in premises designed by our team.
The workshop offers to support you in all stages of your project, from the study to site monitoring and from modeling to interior and landscaping. Through our support in these stages, we aim to facilitate the development and appropriation of our theoretical and practical knowledge in order to promote the implementation of your project.
We structure our relationship over three stages: a relationship of trust which allows us to understand your expectations, the second which is to clarify your project in words to make it a reality and the third to help you choose the most suitable solution.
Architectural design:
Our collaboration can be contracted with Atelier Montouro from the sketch to the project study. It can continue with our project management subsidiary, MMOE, from the Business Consultation File upon site reception.
Project management and execution:
We can help you coordinate the implementation of the work and liaise with the different trades. We are there for the operational management of the work in terms of costs, deadlines and technical choices, all in accordance with the specifications pre-established either by our architects (as part of a complete mission) or by you (as part of of an independent mission).
Decoration:
We can support you in the layout and decoration of your project, in order to imagine the ideal space while respecting your specifications and the standards in force. This may include custom furniture design and/or furniture selection, purchase, delivery and on-site installation.
Two possibilities for collaboration:
- Either a complete support mission (interior design including choice of materials, custom furniture, selection of furniture and installation).
- Either tailor-made missions, depending on your needs.
Models:
The model is at the heart of the process of imagining and constructing a project. Atelier Montouro has chosen the model as a research and project sharing tool.
Our models are a reduced physical representation of your project as well as the environment surrounding it. Visualizing your project through the model promotes personal projection, appropriation of the site and the project and the sharing of ideas.
Landscape :
We can support you in shaping your exterior with principle proposals, mood boards and 3D visuals of the overall composition.
