Arthur De Bellescize and Raphaël Fournier Architects HMONP and DE recently joined forces to expand the potential of their practice both in terms of the scale of their projects and the geographic areas of intervention. The scope of the collaborations now includes the departments of Paris, Val-De-Marne, Essonne, Loir-Et-Cher and Indre-Et-Loire.
Trained in “Pro Paille” accreditation, and enriched by constructions with ecological ambition, the duo will work on the individual project while remaining vigilant to the question of the environmental footprint, providing advice and ecological solutions while respecting constraints of project owners.
Their achievements include apartment renovations or building extensions, whether for individual or collective housing. New creations or improvements to existing ones include both commercial buildings and artisanal activity premises.
The approach used will consist of first evaluating the capacities of the existing system, its qualities and its defects, with a view to reusing and conserving what exists, in order to have the most appropriate field of action while proposing a reduced environmental footprint.
The relationships between the architect and the project owner are fluid and continuous during the activity periods defined on the agenda. The visits and discussions will be part of the process of monitoring the project owner's requests because it is the latter who will benefit from the project.
