Energy and consumption, landscaping and vegetation, rainwater recovery, solar or photovoltaic systems, spatial design and natural light flow, material and technical choices — all these elements are studied during the design phase to define the project guidelines and ensure they reflect your needs. The project is also adapted to the site itself, for example by designing the plans of a house built on a sloping plot.
Each of my projects is driven by the motivation to improve the quality of life in individual housing. I respond to both new construction and renovation projects by investing the architectural expertise necessary to achieve this goal. This means considering all essential factors, especially those linked to sustainable development and the pursuit of energy and material frugality.
