Atelier Perchaud is a French architecture studio founded in 2024 by Charles-Emile PERCHAUD. Based in Albi, in the Occitanie region, the studio is registered with the Île-de-France Order of Architects, where its headquarters are officially located. It operates nationwide on tertiary-sector projects.

VALUES AND METHODOLOGY

Innovation lies at the heart of Atelier Perchaud’s design process and was the driving force behind its creation. The objective is to develop architecture rooted in common sense and experience gained from previous projects, striving for excellence while respecting the program defined with the client.

The studio aims to design architecture that takes technical constraints into account as early as possible, in order to preserve and enhance the architectural concept within a framework of energy efficiency and environmental responsibility. Simplicity and rationality not only give meaning to spaces but also help control budgets and adapt design solutions to the real needs of each project. This approach relies on material efficiency and careful selection of materials to achieve sustainable architecture.

Often described as the conductor of a project, the architect must understand every instrument. A project is never created alone; it is the result of collaboration between various trades and stakeholders, where everyone has a role to play in sharing knowledge and expertise.

Projects developed at Atelier Perchaud are designed using 3D models (Revit software) and, when required, can be carried out using BIM methodology. The studio is involved in the construction process from initial design through to project completion, providing the following services:
