Architects Cécile Wolf and Stéphane Sans have collaborated together for twenty-five years, developing their expertise in projects of all kinds, spanning the tertiary, industrial and residential sectors, from single-family houses to public amenities, retail and commonhold properties. They first worked together from 1994 to 2013 through their architecture business under the name SW2A, and since in partnership as co-contracting independent architects.
They have also worked as architect-developers on an operation in Asnières-sur-Seine, in Île-de-France, handling all aspects of the development, including cost management. The architects carry out renovations of older buildings with respect for local customs and practices, conducting thorough research and taking advantage of the services provided by Departmental Units for Architecture and Heritage (UDAP), and partnering on occasion with architectural heritage specialists.
Experienced, qualified architects, they always work with a vision of successful architecture that blends style and savoir-faire, and the pursuit of balance between proportions, forms, light and environment. Their aim is to deliver buildings that meet specific needs in terms of space, organisation and functionality. They’ll therefore create a proposal compatible with your budget, not only considering construction costs but maintenance costs as well. In order to guarantee you impeccable organisation and adherence to deadlines, they have developed a network of skilled, rigorous professionals (engineers, craftspersons, experts, etc.) and will be available to answer all of your questions as well as create the first sketches, drawings and 3D designs.
