D.P.L.G.-registered architect, structural engineer and urban planner, Julio JIMENEZ supports private clients, businesses, investors and project owners in the design, transformation, development and enhancement of their living and working environments.

Julio works on new-build, renovation, refurbishment, extension, vertical extension and interior design projects, as well as the transformation of existing buildings. His experience covers projects of various scales, including individual houses, residential developments, heritage buildings, offices, retail spaces, public facilities, hotels, corporate projects, industrial buildings and production facilities.

His dual training as an architect and engineer enables him to address spatial quality, functionality, construction feasibility, structural constraints and cost control as an integrated whole. For professional and industrial projects, particular attention is given to uses, circulation and workflows, ergonomics, the adaptability of facilities and the company's identity and image.

Bioclimatic design plays a central role in his approach. Orientation, natural light, ventilation, summer comfort, energy efficiency, material selection and the relationship with the surrounding landscape are considered from the earliest stages of the design process. He also promotes material reuse, waste reduction, reversibility and the long-term adaptability of buildings.

In addition to architectural and project management services, Julio JIMENEZ offers comprehensive or targeted project management assistance (AMO), strategic support and consulting services. These may include assessing the potential of a property or site, defining the programme, feasibility studies, developing environmental and economic strategies, structuring the project, selecting consultants and contractors, coordinating studies and supporting decision-making through to project delivery.

Based in Pau, Julio works throughout the Pyrénées-Atlantiques and more broadly across south-western France. Certain consulting and study assignments can also be carried out remotely.
