MARIE PINCE is available for new projects

A DE-HMONP qualified architect registered with the Occitanie Regional Order of Architects, Marie PINCE founded her architectural practice in Montricoux, in the Tarn-et-Garonne department. She works with private clients throughout the areas surrounding Montauban, Nègrepelisse, Caussade and Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, as well as further afield in Toulouse, Albi and Gaillac. She also provides remote services throughout France for planning permission applications.

Since obtaining her state architecture degree, Marie has worked on numerous individual housing, extension and renovation projects, guiding clients from the initial sketches through to the final handover. She has developed an in-depth knowledge of the local area, its planning regulations, construction professionals and traditional buildings.

Her passion lies in building and renovating with locally sourced and bio-based materials. Straw, timber, hemp and raw earth offer genuine benefits in terms of both summer and winter comfort, healthy indoor air quality and reduced carbon footprint. Marie incorporates these materials from the earliest design stages, while taking into account realistic budgets and the availability of local supply chains. Her training also gives her the versatility to work with a wide range of construction materials and techniques.
