Founded by Fabien Menard, the studio 1997 Architecture is based in Saint Molf in the Loire-Atlantique region of France. The studio designs and creates projects of all kinds in both the private and public sector, including new build homes and commercial buildings, extensions, energy refurbishments and restoration work. 1997 Architecture works throughout the region and the surrounding areas, and is also available to travel throughout France if necessary.
This date represents the year Fabien Menard earned his DPLG architect’s degree, after only 5 years of study at the National Architecture School of Nantes.
For over 20 years, Fabien Menard has listened to his clients and guided them throughout their entire project, from the first sketch to handing over the keys, offering them a unique, customised design. Whatever the scale of the project, the architecture he proposes is designed to be fresh, respectful of the environment and existing elements, always high quality, and an appropriate response to the needs and wishes of his various clients, always with respect for their budget.
1997 Architecture’s distinctive architectural touch is noted for its efficient, pared-down and optimised quality. The studio is dedicated to designing your living environment or workplace with consideration down to the slightest details of the interior design.
