After five years of architecture studies, Henri Speidel (DPLG) spent six years collaborating with various renowned French and European architecture firms. During this time, he was able to develop a comprehensive view of architectural projects and master the process of an architect’s work.
In late 2004, he founded the variable-geometry architecture firm Henri Speidel Architecte in Nancy. He works independently and in partnership on diverse public and private development programmes, specialised and varied. He currently has a studio with all the necessary technological tools for the conception and definition of large-scale architectural projects. He is thus equipped to express and present propositions using 2D and 3D mockups and submit clear solutions in line with all the participants.
Henri Speidel embraces straightforward architecture without frills, composed of simple geometric forms with respect for the geographic and historical context and of course, the building’s users. The architect takes care to create buildings that present a unique, strong image in step with their future use and the times. Each step is discussed and confirmed with the client in complete transparence.
