Each project entrusted to Pierre-Yves Vinceneux of LPA is placed under the direct authority of the Associate or Senior Architects who will be responsible, vis-à-vis the client, for the complete management of the project from the design stage to the acceptance of the works.
Great importance is attached to this personal and permanent relationship with the clients, while using the diversified skills of the whole team.
LPA also carries out all work management and site supervision tasks.
The services provided by LPA cover all the consulting missions that are those of the architect:
Pierre-Yves Vinceneux and LPA's requirement is to seek personalised and creative solutions for each project that are adapted to the sites and demands of its clients. They design buildings with a constant eye for detail and are able to complete their work by creating furniture that is harmonised with the architecture. They have also acquired particular expertise in the rehabilitation of buildings protected by legislation as Historic Monuments or safeguarded sectors (listed buildings, real estate sponsorship, Malraux law, etc.) and have carried out numerous assignments in Paris, Strasbourg and Lyon.
LPA has a solid network of external partners to carry out engineering studies. Contractual relations with the BETs are organised in accordance with LPA's quality system. While remaining open to new partnerships, LPA has a network of structural engineers, fluid engineers, electrical engineers, acousticians, economists and legal experts that enables it to respond as quickly as possible to the increasingly diverse requirements of its clients.
LPA and Pierre-Yves Vinceneux use their own resources to control the costs of medium-sized projects. For larger projects, they work with external economists and consultants.
It should be noted that LPA has been certified ISO 9001 Version 2000 since January 2001 and that this certification was renewed from 2002 to 2007 and has been using the quality system based on this standard since 2008.
