ARCA is an architectural agency based in Paris and Auvergne, we carry out projects for individuals and professionals on all types of programs and scales.
Baptiste SOURDILLE's vision of architecture is multiple and complete. He likes to carry out specific projects on various issues: from surface optimization, renovations of small residential areas to major restructuring projects for offices or commercial programs. ARCA created in 2020 develops a way of designing focused on dialogue with you to design in perfect agreement with your needs and desires. We design with a concern for timelessness, character and quality projects that adapt to their context with particular attention to respecting the soul of the site in which your project is located. The context, its qualities and its constraints are at the center of our thinking.
This desire to reflect on architectural design in the multiplicity of its approaches is felt in our latest achievements, from the optimization of surfaces for a 17m² master suite in an apartment in the 5th arrondissement of Paris (December 2023), to the creation of a brasserie of more than 600m² in a former bookstore in Auvergne (November 2023); We are currently working on renovations of houses and apartments from 25 to 350m², on renovations of offices from 22 to 1200m², on commercial buildings and new industrial projects of several hundred m² as well as new house projects of 70 to 300 m².
Each project feeds into the thoughts of the other in order to allow a global response for each program. This approach begins with Baptiste SOURDILLE's passion for architecture in all its forms and is reflected in ARCA's deep mentality for approaching your projects.
ARCA is based in Paris and Auvergne, we respond to projects in the rest of France on request. Since the creation of ARCA, there have been more than 90 projects in consulting, renovation, new construction, decoration, restructuring, rehabilitation, in Paris, Clermont-Ferrand, Montreuil, Saint-Denis, Vincennes, Vichy, Reims, Montluçon, Bordeaux, Boulogne- Billancourt. It is a team of 5 architects with diverse abilities and mastering all facets of complex design for the realization of your projects.
