PRESLES ARCHITECTURE is available for new projects

Clémence Doyon has been the manager of Presles Architecture for over two years. She graduated from the Paris Val de Seine School in 2017.

Having worked for a Parisian agency specializing in housing for over eight years, she has developed her skills in building relationships with residents, designing useful and harmonious spaces, site supervision, and communication with contractors. During this experience, Clémence Doyon has worked with several architects, urban planners, landscapers, thermal engineers, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and utilities engineers.

Currently, Clémence Doyon works on several projects, including townhouses, social housing, offices, libraries, and schools/colleges. Her expertise covers new construction, renovation, rehabilitation, extensions, elevations, and the submission of building permit applications (preliminary declaration, building permits, compliance with ERP standards, etc.).

Their responsibilities include:

• A free site visit and discussions with the resident
• Creating a detailed estimate for discussion with the client
• Regular communication with you as the project design progresses
• Creating plans, sections, and 3D images throughout the project
• Submitting construction permits to the town hall
• Finding skilled and available tradespeople for the work
• Negotiating with tradespeople
• Weekly monitoring the construction site, including:
• Maintaining the schedule
• Ensuring site safety
• Maintaining site cleanliness
• Monitoring tradespeople's invoices
• Ensuring compliance with completed work
• Accepting materials
• Accepting work at the end of the project, including a compliance check.

She is proficient in ArchiCAD and the Adobe suite, allowing her to present your project in various formats to help you better understand it (plans, sections, realistic project images, virtual models).
