Aurélien Cuchet, State-Registered Architect, authorized to practice project management in his own name and registered with the French Order of Architects.

As architects, we are designers first and foremost, attentive to our clients, providing advice to further explore their requirements and adapt their project if necessary. Trained in "Passive Construction," based on construction principles implemented since the 1970s in Germany, we design and build buildings that guarantee comfort, energy savings, and financial savings. A passive building is a building designed, installed, and oriented to capture maximum heat from the sun while protecting against summer overheating. This design approach is the basis of bioclimatic architecture.

We work closely with the Passive Construction Federation (FFC) and its members, including qualified companies and design offices.

The firm was founded in 1983 by Louis Grandgeorge, a certified architect, and later taken over by Aurélien Cuchet. We have acquired extensive experience in construction, always paying close attention to the quality of materials, equipment, contractor selection, and implementation. We primarily favor companies with whom we have worked before, while remaining open to new partners.

Our service area covers several departments in the Grand Est region, particularly around Nancy, within a reasonable distance so that we can be on hand for the project owner and provide regular and efficient project monitoring.
