A versatile architect, Letizia Cuturi is a graduate of the Bordeaux School of Architecture and Landscape.
Born in Uruguay, to an Italian father and a Uruguayan mother, she grew up in Buenos Aires until the age of fifteen, then studied and obtained her DPLG architect diploma in Bordeaux, her adopted city. Strength of desire and determination, this architect founded her agency in 2017.

Study mission:
- Sketch: Realization of general plans, layout, volumetry (1st phase of design)
- Pre-project: realization of plans, sections, facades and perspectives. (2nd phase of design)

- Management of exchanges with the administration
- Management of exchanges with external service providers essential to the smooth running of the project (surveyor, technical design offices, control office, SPS, etc.)
- Completion of the administrative documents for the application for planning permission (building permit or prior request)
- Assistance to the customer in the choice of materials and equipment
- Business consultation file; file allowing craftsmen to establish their estimate
- Work schedule
- Consultation of craftsmen based on the DCE

Site monitoring mission:
- Monitoring the execution of the work through weekly visits, checking the conformity of the work, coordinating the companies, leading site meetings and writing reports
