Jan SWIATEK is an Architect - Project Manager, graduated from the National School of Architecture and Landscape of Lille. Jan SWIATEK began his professional career as an employee in an architectural agency. For 7 years, he collaborated on numerous large-scale operations, such as the rehabilitation of the Dunkirk Museum of Fine Arts and the extension of the Cassel college. He appreciates teamwork on complex projects, from the first sketches to receipt of the work.
Partner and co-manager of an architectural studio for 3 years, Jan SWIATEK is responsible for supervising staff and directing the work. During these years, he worked on residential and commercial operations, heavy rehabilitation and the transformation of private hotels.

Since 2009, Jan SWIATEK has worked as a freelancer. Based in Lambersart, he carries out projects of various sizes: office and shop developments as well as private residential projects: rehabilitation, restoration and extension of houses.
