What are the phases of a construction project?

For a construction project, the architect studies with you the land and its location, the environment and its topography, the characteristics of the soil and the easements.
For a renovation or extension project, the architect must first examine the existing building to determine the scope of the work. He then draws up the graphic documents and the administrative documents necessary for the constitution of the building permit file, which he then submits to the town hall on behalf of his client.
