Jérôme Masurel renovates old buildings in collaboration with a structural design office. We work in all types of spaces and for all uses: workspaces, commercial spaces and housing. Thanks to the use of contemporary technologies and our inspiration drawn from vernacular buildings, our agency is able to participate in the renovation of twentieth-century buildings, creating essential, minimalist architecture".

LAM places great importance on listening, discussing, analyzing and making suggestions based on plans. The architects are responsible for coordinating the work of engineers and contractors, and for monitoring the construction site through to delivery.
