Caroline Bonnet is an HMONP architect, graduated from the National School of Nantes and Rennes for her HMONP. Caroline supports you in all your renovation, extension and construction projects, on the design side but also on site monitoring and acceptance.
Caroline Bonnet acquired solid agency experience at Nicole Concordet – Construire, where she was able to work independently, from design to acceptance of the work, on shared office space and association premises projects. She was also able to carry out a project management assistance and mediation mission, taking the form of regular consultation workshops with residents, participatory projects, organization of exhibitions and festive events within of the construction site.
In parallel with her work in an agency, Caroline Bonnet was able to diversify her practice by carrying out rehabilitation projects for guest rooms and residential properties.
These experiences allowed her to establish a meticulous practice attentive to constructive details, to work on different project scales (from furniture to an urban scale), and to respond to the varied expectations of her different clients, both on the aspect aesthetic, programmatic or financial.
Caroline Bonnet attaches great importance to the human exchanges created through the architectural project. It is important to her to create a space of kindness and listening between all the actors and actresses of the project. Communication and respect are its working bases in order to best meet expectations in terms of well-being, use, comfort, aesthetics and budget.
She is very attached to rehabilitation: the conservation of what exists, the reuse of materials, the enhancement of built and living heritage are for her essential issues of contemporary architecture.
Caroline Bonnet is also engaged and concerned by the issues of reducing the necessary carbon footprint of the building sector. Low-carbon design, thermal renovation, and the use of organic and geo-sourced materials such as earth, straw, stone, wood, and hemp are therefore an integral part of her practice.
