Pack 1 : Architectural Design & Planning

Project definition
Bleu de Blanc works closely with clients to identify their needs and expectations, establishing the foundations of the project.

Design development
Creation of custom architectural plans that combine aesthetics, functionality, and compliance with technical and regulatory constraints.

Administrative documentation
Preparation of all required documents for project approval, including:

• Prior works declarations
• Building permits
• Urban planning compliance files

Technical drawings
Production of detailed plans for all trades involved (structure, plumbing, electrical systems, etc.), ensuring precise and coordinated execution on site.

Tender documentation
Preparation of tender documents for contractor consultations, allowing accurate cost estimates and informed selection of service providers.

This service is intended for clients who wish to manage their own construction works. Bleu de Blanc plans the project, the client executes it.

Service fee: between 2% and 4% of the estimated construction cost.

Pack 2 : Construction Supervision & Project Management

Beyond design, Bleu de Blanc supports clients throughout the construction phase to ensure a seamless process through to final delivery:

Tender process management
Preparation and distribution of tender documents, analysis of bids, and selection of contractors best suited to the project and budget.

Construction contracts
Drafting of works contracts between the client and contractors, clearly defining responsibilities, timelines, services, and execution conditions.

Site supervision
Coordination of all stakeholders, organization of site meetings, monitoring of construction quality, and adherence to the schedule.

Financial management
Careful monitoring of costs, verification of progress payments, issuance of payment certificates, and anticipation of potential budget adjustments.

Project handover
Organization of the handover phase, inspection of finishes, management of reservations, and final compliance checks before project completion.
