Presentation of Pascal Cattani Architect EURL

Created in August 2012, Pascal Cattani Architecte EURL is an architectural agency which designs and carries out tailor-made projects, combining aesthetics, functionality and respect for the environment. Whether for housing projects, professional spaces or urban developments, our approach is based on listening, innovation and perfect control of technical and regulatory constraints.

Its founder, Pascal Cattani, is a DPLG architect, graduated from the Marseille Luminy School of Architecture (EAML) in 2003. With solid experience acquired within large agencies, he today puts his expertise at the service of varied projects, placing people and architectural quality at the heart of his achievements.

A rich background and recognized expertise

For 17 years, I held the position of project manager at Architecture-Studio in Paris, an international agency specializing in architecture and urban planning. This experience allowed me to work on ambitious and complex projects such as:

• The design of collective housing, offices, hotels, performance halls,
• The development of urban spaces: creation of ZACs, redevelopment of avenues, boulevards, public squares,
• The design of structuring elements: fountains, footbridges, pergolas, tram stations.

A commitment to architecture on a human scale

Since 2020, I have chosen to direct my activity towards projects closer to users, with a tailor-made and personalized approach. I intervene on:

• Capacity studies of building land, integrating an in-depth analysis of urban regulations, in order to optimize the potential of the site and guarantee the feasibility of any type of program, whether housing, offices, public facilities or businesses,
• Advice and support on various programs, such as collective housing, hotels, offices and also sports facilities, by providing technical and architectural expertise adapted to the specific challenges of each project,
• Feasibility studies for collective housing and office renovation projects,
• Upgrading accessibility standards for 5th category ERPs (notably places of worship),
• The design and renovation of individual houses, integrating contemporary requirements in terms of comfort and energy performance.
