LUMII ARCHITECTURE is available for new projects

Camille Hovsepian graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Versailles, an emblematic city in the Île-de-France region. This area, rich in architectural heritage and urban dynamism, was the setting for his first professional experiences. For more than ten years, he worked within various architecture firms, mainly in Paris, where he contributed to large-scale and diverse projects.

Over the years, Camille has taken part in the design and realization of many programs: schools, sports facilities, collective housing, retail spaces, and shopping centers. Thanks to this broad experience, he has mastered all phases of an architectural project, from the initial sketches to project delivery. He is also perfectly familiar with administrative procedures, regulatory constraints, and the safety requirements specific to each type of building.

In 2023, driven by a desire for independence and a commitment to more human values, Camille Hovsepian moved to Morbihan and founded Lumii Architecture. This agency seeks a balanced approach between architectural creativity and rigorous project management. It places particular importance on listening to clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs, and adapting each project to its environment, both human and natural.

Camille’s on-site experience, notably as project manager during the construction of the Eden shopping center in Servon, is a major asset. His dual technical and artistic expertise, combined with his mastery of digital tools (BIM, real-time 3D, GED), ensures smoother communication with clients, optimized design processes, and thorough supervision at every stage of the project.

By founding Lumii Architecture, Camille Hovsepian asserts a personal and committed vision of architecture: a discipline serving practical uses, rooted in reality, yet always driven by imagination. Each project becomes an opportunity to create a dialogue between the client’s expectations, the constraints of the site, and an aesthetic that is sober, coherent, and respectful of its environment.
