APRIM ARCHITECTURE's experience dates back to 2008 when its two partners met during the renovation of the Michelet Curial housing project in Paris (1,800 housing units) at the Arcane Architectes Group. This was the starting point for a collaboration on a dozen architectural projects in renovation and construction. This professional and respectful relationship was one of the foundations for the creation of APRIM ARCHITECTURE in 2014.
The firm's activities span both new construction and renovation projects for a diverse range of clients, both private and public. The firm traditionally handles the project management and execution of the work as a complete project. However, we also work within project management groups to meet either additional technical needs or requests from the project owner.
The confrontation with the implementation of projects on the construction site invites us to constantly question the relevance of our prescription and definition of works. Monitoring buildings over time alerts us to the best practices to implement to ensure their sustainability. Our desire to place the agency in the present era questions us about our responsibility in the construction of the City and the Living Environment for which we work.
For each project, we strive to find the best possible balance for exemplary performance, value, and a lasting impact on the site. We collaborate with partners who regularly support us.
Every project is enriched by each individual's experience and ability to question their own unique approach.
