Founded in 1996, the ARTECH Architecture Studio is present in the Villefranche-sur-Saône area in fields as diverse as single-family homes, social housing, collective facilities such as6and industrial buildings. The agency is on a human scale, composed of two people including an architect and an architect's assistant. This configuration allows the company to be highly responsive while remaining close to the client. The agency's philosophy is to be able to meet client expectations while respecting current regulations, but also to advise on how to optimize and streamline the project.

Fondée en 1996, l'agence d'architecture ARTECH est présente sur le territoire de Villefranche-sur-Saône dans des domaines aussi variés que la maison individuelle, le logement social, les équipements collectifs tels que les Établissements Recevant du Public (ERP) et les bâtiments industriels. L'agence est à taille humaine, composée de deux personnes : un architecte et un assistant d'architecte. Cette configuration permet à l'entreprise d'être très réactive tout en restant proche du client. La philosophie de l'agence est de répondre aux attentes du client tout en respectant la réglementation en vigueur, mais aussi de le conseiller pour optimiser et rationaliser le projet.

Thanks to our years of experience, we are able to lead a construction project from the outline, through the building permit, consulting with companies and monitoring the construction site until the acceptance of the work and the guarantee of perfect completion. In addition, we are trained to carry out the mission of "Renovation Support". We can therefore help you find financial aid to partially finance your project. We verify the quotes from companies and submit them to the ANAH. We are assisted by a thermal design office that carries out the DPE as well as the Energy Audits allowing the classification of an existing building. With these results, we are able to study scenarios that will allow the requalification of the building with a better rating.
