Florian Des Croix is available for new projects

HMONP architect (Habilitated to Project Management in my Own Name) since February 2021, I work as a freelance independent architect. I am based in the Paris region in Aubervilliers, my professional area of ​​activity mainly covers Île-de-France and Normandy. I set up my micro-enterprise during a liberal collaboration with Atelier Aurélie Martel Architecte (AAMA) in March 2021 on a project of 11 collective housing units under rehabilitation located in Arpajon.

For 4 years, this collaboration has allowed me to approach all phases of projects, from design to completion for extension, elevation, rehabilitation projects but also new projects (individual house, subdivision, collective housing, etc.). The majority of Atelier Aurélie Martel Architecte's projects concern individual houses and private clients. These small-scale projects (varying from around thirty to a hundred m²) are worked on with constant attention to detail, the work of light and space, and the use of bio-sourced materials (whether for the structure or for insulation, for their ecological but also aesthetic aspect). They are designed in collaboration with essential technical partners (structural engineering firm, geotechnical engineer, surveyor, suppliers, etc.) allowing us to obtain a truly tailor-made, unique object, corresponding to the client's expectations.

I have a definite interest in these projects commissioned by individuals, because they are often projects of great importance to them (not to say the project of a lifetime). You have to know how to support them and design quality architecture with a very often limited budget, which is a real challenge to take on as an architect. Over the past 4 years, I have been able to acquire the skills necessary to understand the client's issues, to listen to them and support them in order to translate their program and budget into a coherent project.
