GASPARD CLOZEL ARCHITECTE is available for new projects

Gaspard CLOZEL is an architect HMONP, based in Pantin.

He is interested in the way use and construction, understood as philosophical inquiries, create architectural form. He therefore seeks grounded responses situated in time and space, and never tires of emphasizing that these responses must be sober, generous, durable, and economical.

He believes that these responses are only relevant if they carry social ambitions of inclusion, living together, and benevolence, and is convinced that they can contribute to restoring an environment that is fairer, more sustainable, and more beautiful.

Thus, Gaspard CLOZEL has been involved for several years in large-scale housing projects alongside various Parisian architectural firms. He has experience with the Île-de-France context and complex projects, for example those built above railway infrastructure, as well as renovations / extensions in occupied sites involving a significant amount of mediation. He has also overseen renovation / attic extension projects for private clients, as well as thermal renovation projects for co-ownership properties.

Having built his entire professional experience in Île-de-France, he has gradually developed a network of engineers, landscape designers, and other construction experts with whom he is able to respond to all types of programmatic requests, and who share his concerns, particularly regarding sustainable and resource-efficient construction. He has notably collaborated several times with Albert & co, which is actively engaged in bio-based construction and material reuse issues, as well as with Kairn Ingénierie, a structural engineering consultancy specializing in timber and stone construction and heritage renovation.

Throughout his career, he has notably worked with RATP Habitat, In'li, I3F, social housing providers, as well as less institutional actors such as Adim and private developers.

Alongside his professional activity, Gaspard CLOZEL is also committed to the defense of architecture as a board member of the Syndicat de l’Architecture, which allows him to engage more politically with ministerial bodies, professional organizations, and within the framework of joint labor representation.
