The firm was founded by Sébastien GELOT, an HMONP-certified architect, who will personally guide you from start to finish throughout your project.

Founded in 2020, the agency’s name and visual identity refer to the Loire Estuary and the diversity of its landscapes. After 15 years of professional practice in Nantes, Sébastien GELOT, the firm’s founder, now lives in Saint-Nazaire and is professionally established in Le Pouliguen. His career is therefore deeply rooted along the banks of the Loire Estuary and the Côte d’Amour. The landscapes, light, and architectural heritage of this territory are a constant source of inspiration.

Estuaire Architecture works on new single-family home construction projects, as well as renovation, extension, and rehabilitation projects. The firm also offers design services for the interior reconfiguration of apartments or professional spaces, with particular attention to spatial functionality and quality of use.
