NAIO is available for new projects

Camille SIMONEAU is a licensed architect (HMONP) and founder of Atelier NAIO, an independent architecture studio based in Marseille. She supports private clients, as well as professionals and public institutions, in their renovation, extension, and construction projects.

She works, for example, with clients wishing to renovate a house or apartment, extend their home, transform an existing building, or create a professional space.

Each project is approached with particular attention to usage, the potential of the site, and its integration into its environment. Her approach consists of finding a balance between the expectations of the occupants, technical constraints, budget, and the qualities of the building. The design process focuses on creating functional, bright, and pleasant living spaces, notably by working on circulation, volumes, and the relationship between interior and exterior.

Atelier NAIO also develops an approach attentive to environmental challenges. Projects integrate, as much as possible, bioclimatic principles, the use of sustainable or bio-based materials, and a focus on construction efficiency, in order to design spaces that are comfortable, durable, and suited to modern lifestyles. Dialogue with clients plays a central role in the process, enabling the co-design of coherent spaces adapted to lifestyles and rooted in their context.

Depending on the needs of the project, the support may cover different stages: advisory visits, feasibility studies, architectural design, building permit applications or prior declarations, preparation of contractor consultation documents, and site supervision. Projects can therefore be supported at specific stages or handled through a full-service mission.

The studio operates in Marseille, throughout the Bouches-du-Rhône, and more broadly within a radius of approximately 100 km around Marseille.

Each project is seen as an opportunity to reveal the potential of a place and to design architecture that is thoughtful, sustainable, and attentive to those who live in it.
