VITEZ CHARLES ARCHITECTE is available for new projects

Charles Vitez has been a qualified architect since 2007. He established his own practice in 2013, following his experience working in Paris at Atelier de l'Île, an architecture firm specialising in scenography and museum design.

Since 2013, the practice has specialised in the design of healthcare and medico-social facilities. However, its scope of work is varied and the agency is equally capable of responding to a wide range of projects, including offices, corporate headquarters, educational and cultural facilities, private and multi-unit housing, and more.

The practice operates primarily within the Loir-et-Cher department, allowing it to closely monitor ongoing projects, particularly during the construction phase.

The agency's current projects include several major developments:

Construction of the new Contres nursing home (public EHPAD), providing 81 beds, currently under construction.

Construction of a mixed-use development in Cheverny, incorporating a third place, housing, a multi-purpose hall and a tourist information office, currently under construction.

Construction of 15 social housing units in Saint-Sulpice-de-Pommeray.

Renovation and restructuring of a building on behalf of the Department, intended to accommodate the Child Welfare Services.

Design of a Medico-Educational Institute in Blois.

Construction of an accommodation building at Clinique de la Borde, a psychiatric clinic.

Several projects for private clients.

Given its geographical location, the practice works closely with the French Heritage Buildings Authority (Architectes des Bâtiments de France) as part of its day-to-day activities. This collaboration, built on a relationship of trust, ensures high professional standards and enables architectural proposals in protected heritage areas to be reviewed and approved at an early stage.

Since 2013, the practice has developed an approach that respects local contexts and remains attentive to clients' needs, while maintaining a distinctive and demanding architectural vision. The diversity of its projects and clients is a testament to this approach.
