ATELIER 19/21 is available for new projects

Founded in 2021, the agency is the result of a passionate and committed journey within Parisian architecture. After graduating from the École Spéciale d’Architecture (ESA) in 2014, Alexandra BELLANGER continued her professional development by obtaining her HMONP qualification (authorisation to practice as an independent architect) in 2017. This dual training allows her to work as an architect with an approach that combines creativity, technical expertise and precision.

From 2015 to 2020, she contributed to numerous renovation and transformation projects involving offices, restaurants and residential properties in Paris and the surrounding region. During these years, she worked within architecture firms as well as companies specialised in construction project management. These complementary experiences enabled her to gain an in-depth understanding of the entire architectural process, from the first sketches to the final delivery of the works, including the coordination of various professionals and the technical supervision of construction sites.

Passionate about Parisian architectural heritage, its specific characteristics, regulatory constraints and potential for enhancement, she naturally oriented her agency towards tailor-made renovation projects. Convinced that every place has its own identity, she develops an approach focused on respecting and revealing the existing qualities of each space while adapting them to contemporary lifestyles. Since the creation of her agency, she has carried out numerous projects, ranging from simple interior redesigns to complete project management assignments, always with the same commitment to quality, precision and consistency.

The relationship with her clients is at the heart of her approach. Each project is unique and benefits from personalised support. By listening carefully to each client’s needs, desires and budget constraints, she strives to offer solutions that are both aesthetic and functional.
