Great knowledge of administrative procedures for discussions and authorization filings, having worked on protected buildings, classified as historic monuments or in conservation areas. Discussion with the ABF or DRAC services.
Work mainly for individuals, domestic project for the housing of families, children, elderly people, people with reduced mobility.
Work on all exterior and interior elements: structure, facades, roofing, sanitation techniques, rainwater management, exterior joinery, exterior fittings, partitioning, interior fittings, layouts, furniture design thinking of each project as a unique piece.
Work with associations and the creation of emergency accommodation centers for the homeless and refugees. Use of simple, effective processes for quality construction at lower cost. Organization of collective and individual spaces. Intimacy and community.
Work on the layout of shops and restaurants.
