Johanna GOZLAN is a DPLG architect, registered with the Order of Architects. She primarily works on individual home extension projects, while also supporting large-scale commercial developments.

Before accepting any assignment, Johanna GOZLAN systematically conducts an in-depth feasibility study. This process includes a meeting at the town hall as well as a detailed discussion with the client, in order to verify the project’s compliance with current urban planning regulations. This essential step allows administrative constraints to be anticipated and prevents any setbacks related to a project becoming invalid at the end of the procedure. The feasibility study is a paid service, ensuring a thorough and secure analysis of the project.

Throughout her career, she has submitted more than fifteen building permit applications, all of which were approved on the first submission. She also works on commercial projects that systematically require a building permit, ensuring full regulatory and administrative compliance.

Over the course of her assignments, both within agencies and as an independent architect, she has handled the design and management of a wide range of projects: luxury boutiques and corners for houses such as Dior, Louis Vuitton, and Baccarat, commercial space layouts and shopping centers, building permit applications, ERP compliance management, site coordination, and budget monitoring.

She knows how to adapt each concept to technical and regulatory constraints, as well as to phygital challenges, in order to optimize the customer experience while respecting deadlines and allocated budgets.
