Trained in design, architectural theory, conception, and project execution, the agency offers an open and enriched approach informed by a wide range of perspectives.

Préambule Architecture is an architectural firm founded by Magali CHERMETTE and Loïc MORIN BOGAS, with the ambition of creating sensitive, sustainable architecture that is rooted in its territory and contemporary context. Focused on durable architecture adapted to users’ needs, the firm strives to craft a unique narrative for each project, responding to both the requirements of its users and the challenges of each context.

Trained in a firm of around forty employees, the partners at Préambule seek to leverage their experience with complex projects within a human-scale structure, staying close to clients and stakeholders.

• Magali CHERMETTE

Trained at École Boulle and holding a BTS in Spatial Design, Magali continued her studies at ENSA Paris Val de Seine with a strong artistic foundation. She approaches architecture through user scenarios and stories that shape space.

After completing a Master’s Erasmus program at the Politécnica de Madrid, she collaborated with OOIIO Arquitectura, where she gained experience in technical and constructive practices as applied in Spain.

In 2018, she joined Atelier du Pont for seven years, working in the competitions department on numerous public project submissions. She spent five years overseeing the rehabilitation and extension of the Académie Fratellini, a project shaped by circus practices and innovative material reuse, allowing her to develop an empirical approach to sustainability.

She also supervised high-end residential projects in Menorca, Spain, collaborating with local contractors and architects.

• Loïc MORIN BOGAS

Trained at the Vincennes Technical Building School (EBTP) and holding a BEP in Housing and Architectural Techniques, Loïc MORIN BOGAS began his architecture studies at ENSA Versailles, building on a solid technical foundation. He started his career at the Franco-German agency Hertweck-Devernois as the sole collaborator.

He then joined François Chochon, working on major public projects such as the Théâtre de Beauvais and the Médiathèque de Rillieux-la-Pape, while participating in all agency competitions.

In 2017, he joined Atelier du Pont as project director for studies and competitions before quickly taking over the management of interior architecture sites. Later, he became head of the construction division, overseeing all agency sites, coordinating internal and external teams, managing about ten collaborators, and liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors. This role also allowed him to develop processes and management methods for projects and the agency.
