SERVADIO ARCHITECTURE is available for new projects

Born in Paris, Loris Servadio is an Architect HMONP (formerly DPLG), urban planner, and designer. He trained at the École Spéciale d’Architecture in Paris, the San Pablo CEU Polytechnic University in Madrid, and Hongik University in Seoul. After several years working within architecture and urban planning firms in France and abroad, he founded his eponymous studio in 2022.

His architectural approach is grounded in a deep understanding of context and a continuous exploration of spatial and material dimensions. In constant dialogue with clients and all stakeholders, the studio seeks to reconcile functionality, durability, technical and financial constraints, and creative ambition.

For each project, art and exceptional craftsmanship are placed at the core of the process. This orientation relies on close collaboration with a curated network of artists, galleries, designers, engineering consultants, suppliers, specialist craftspeople, and other partners from the métiers d’art.

The studio undertakes new builds, major and minor transformations, heritage rehabilitations, and comprehensive interior fit-outs. Every commission—whether a private residence, workspace, hospitality venue, scenography, or public facility—is approached with the same level of rigor.

Beyond the program, the goal remains the same: to design tailor-made, timeless spaces, where precise design meets lived reality. Each project is born of an intimate understanding of its users’ expectations. The studio aims to transform everyday places into daily sources of inspiration. This vision is embedded in a radical approach—free of superfluous elements, defined by exacting forms, and driven by the conviction that right architecture needs no explanation.

Based in Paris, Servadio Architecture works in France and internationally. Its methodology fully integrates environmental considerations, favoring durable materials, the enhancement of local know-how, and design choices that respect ecological impact.
