Laure Pettier graduated from the Ecole Nationale d'Architecture et du Paysage de Lille in 2004. In 2012, she founded the apla architecture agency based in Roubaix.
After having worked in a Lille agency (Luc Delemazure architects) and followed large-scale projects (college, university, student residence, collective housing, etc.), Laure Pettier wanted to carry out her own projects through this agency.
Focusing on both professionals and individuals, apla architecture places great importance on listening to and understanding the needs of each client, and ensures the quality of the dialogue during all phases of the project.
The diversity of projects carried out in terms of scale and programmes has become an important part of the agency's know-how. It works on all types of new construction and rehabilitation projects. Understanding a new programme, deciphering it, extracting the needs and constraints, and transforming it into spaces bathed in light and made of matter: this is the very essence of the agency's work.
