ATELIER 243 is an architectural agency created in 2018 by Thomas Beurrier, HMNOP architect. It is located in Amiens and its scope extends to the entire Haut-de-France region.
It is involved in all new construction or rehabilitation projects, and works for clients who are individuals, businesses, SCIs, and public project owners.
ATELIER 243 seeks to lead the architectural project by offering a response in line with the major issues of our time. Thus, the data of environmentally friendly architecture are taken into account from the first design phases. The architecture produced is inscribed in its territory, all the elements and the very essence of this territory are carefully analyzed upstream of the project. The client and the user are at the heart of the reflections and the architectural approach by implementing a method which completely integrates the decision-maker into the design process. The question of the construction site holds an important place within ATELIER 243. Discussion is carried out upstream with the various partners of the project management team in order to anticipate all construction site issues.
ATELIER 243 has the future vocation of being a collaborative place where the exchange and sharing of multiple skills would be put at the service of the project, to offer the most adapted response to the expectations of the project owner, and more generally to the project context.
Thomas Beurrier, through ATELIER 243, is involved in all missions linked to the act of building, whatever the scale, from buildings to urban projects.

- Diagnostic missions, reporting, urban analysis
- Project design and monitoring, from sketch to construction site
- Production of graphic parts, plans, sections, facades, 3D images
- Writing of written documents and technical briefs at each phase
- Monitoring of the estimate and the forecast budget of the operation updated at each phase
- Regulatory and operational views on each project
- Coordination with all project stakeholders (project owner, control office, SPS coordinator, design offices, companies)
- Links with all public actors and administrations
- Management of the works through weekly presence of the architect on the site.
