RELEV Architecture and Heritage is available for new projects

RELEV Architecture and Heritage is a heritage architecture firm founded in 2025 by Elise Garcia, a certified architect specializing in the restoration and rehabilitation of old buildings.

At RELEV, we work by hand, on a case-by-case basis, with care and heart. The firm was born from a deep love for old stones, for places with a history, a patina, and a soul. The size of the project doesn't matter: we support individuals, municipalities, and associations, whether it's a small medieval house, a farmhouse to renovate, an attic to convert, or a bread oven to revive.

Our job? Helping you breathe new life into your building, without betraying or distorting it, but by adapting it to today's needs. At RELEV, each project is tailor-made, with a true understanding of your desires, your constraints, and your budget. We work together, step by step.

We carry out:

• historical studies and heritage assessments,
• complete design of the restoration project,
• detailed plans, sketches, and working drawings,
• work package descriptions,
• site monitoring through to completion,

We can also assist you in choosing craftsmen, materials, and even self-build if you wish.

RELEV works with ecological materials and local artisans, and always seeks to promote local know-how. We don't seek to freeze a building in the past, but to develop it with precision, intelligence, and simplicity.

Our agency is currently moving into a small historic monument: the Porte de Ville du Crozet, in the heart of a small, characterful town in the Loire Valley. A truly visible place, where we put our own beliefs into practice. Once a month, the agency will open its doors for a free consultation day, dedicated to those who want to get started, ask questions, or simply discuss the project.
