ATELIER FASEA is available for new projects

The Fasea workshop was born from the association of Clément Vignes and Marty Ilievski, both graduates of the Versailles School of Architecture. Based in Bordeaux, we work in New Aquitaine and the Hautes Pyrenees.

 Architecture: We offer architecture in line with a site, a history, an environment... a dialogue with the place. Our design tends to be the result of existing factors and the client's program. We work on several subjects: offices, collective housing, individual houses... favoring rehabilitations. 

Existing: Since 2024, Clément VIGNES has graduated from the DSA of the Chaillot school with a specialization in architecture and heritage. Based on this teaching, we develop a scientific and sensitive working method that allows us to act in a reasoned manner on the buildings we are responsible for. It is important for us to take care of what exists by analyzing in detail the sanitary and structural state of the building, its history, to distinguish the heritage values which influence the project.

Research: The workshop seeks to find links with natural and local resources, organic, geo or eco-sourced. In order to best prescribe these materials, we are carrying out, in collaboration with Camille Desille, architect DE-HMONP, a study across Europe called Matières Vives. This research aims to meet French and European companies that produce and develop more energy-efficient materials. The aim is to better understand the manufacturing and transformation of the material in order to be able to prescribe it within the framework of our practice. Until now, we have been able to meet manufacturers of compressed earth bricks, rammed earth, straw bales, wool and hemp concrete, maritime pine, reused materials, recycled plastic

Images: We believe that representation is an integral part of the project process. We work in 3D, models, and hand-drawn formats. We offer realistic perspective renderings for project owners, developers, and architects.
