JULIEN CASTEL ARCHITECTURE is available for new projects

Graduated from the National School of Architecture of Strasbourg (ENSA) in 2021 and then certified in Project Management in His Own Name (HMONP) at INSA Strasbourg in 2022, Julien CASTEL founded his agency with the ambition of creating sustainable and rigorous architecture. His background was enriched by four years of experience within an agency specialized in passive construction and the use of bio-based materials, allowing him to develop a responsible approach rooted in contemporary environmental challenges.

Today, the agency supports both private individuals and professionals in the design and realization of a wide range of projects, regardless of their scale: renovation, extension, interior design, new construction, and more. Each project is approached as a unique response, carefully attentive to its context, uses, and the aspirations of its clients. Listening, dialogue, and a deep understanding of needs form the foundation of the agency’s approach, in order to create spaces that are functional, aesthetic, and sustainable.

Convinced that architectural quality relies on precision and coherence at every stage, Julien provides complete support throughout the entire project: from feasibility studies (FAISA) to final acceptance of the works (AOR), including sketch phases (ESQ), preliminary design (APS/APD), detailed design (PRO), contractor consultation (DCE), and construction supervision (DET). However, each mission can be adapted according to specific needs, with the possibility of choosing either targeted interventions or full project support.

The agency places particular importance on energy performance, the choice of materials, and the integration of the project into its environment. The objective is to create sustainable, comfortable, and long-lasting living spaces while promoting local resources.
