Julien Vendeville Architecture is available for new projects

Trained as both an architect and an engineer, Julien Vendeville worked as an employee and partner at one of France’s largest architectural practices for 12 years. This experience enabled him to develop extensive expertise across a wide range of sectors, including collective and student housing, commercial and office buildings, secondary and higher education, industry and hospitality.

His solid professional background covers the entire architectural process, from creative design through to technical development and detailed construction design, with a constant focus on architectural quality, cost control and project feasibility.

His approach combines technical and economic rigour, environmental awareness and the search for durable, context-sensitive solutions, with the aim of enhancing both the sites themselves and the uses and experience of their future occupants.

Brief Development

Design

We develop several scenarios and initial design proposals, exploring different architectural solutions and engaging our clients in a genuine co-design process.

We involve technical consultants and engineering firms from the earliest stages, allowing us to address the project’s structural, technical, environmental and economic constraints as early as possible.

We use 3D design tools to create a concrete and immersive representation of the project, complementing the plans and technical documentation and enabling our clients to visualise the proposed design more clearly.

Delivery

We place particular emphasis on contractor selection, assessing their technical capabilities, experience and financial stability.

We maintain a regular presence on site, working alongside the client and contractors from the preparation of the works through to completion, to ensure that the project is delivered properly and that the agreed objectives are met.
