Agence ADT is an architecture and engineering practice founded by Stanislas PRATVIEL, offering an integrated approach to design in which architectural excellence is in constant dialogue with technical expertise and environmental performance.

We believe that the challenges facing contemporary construction cannot be addressed in isolation. Our approach brings together expertise in architecture, building physics, energy engineering and environmental design within a single, cohesive process.

Each project is considered as a whole system, in which uses, context, climate, resources and technical constraints all contribute to the development of a coherent architectural response. This cross-disciplinary approach makes it possible to address comfort, energy efficiency, durability and quality of use from the earliest design stages, resulting in buildings that are both resource-efficient, high-performing and built to last.

The practice works on new-build construction, rehabilitation, energy renovation, extensions and building transformations, for both public- and private-sector clients, as well as alongside other project management teams. We support projects from feasibility studies through to construction supervision, ensuring continuity between the architectural vision, technical studies and delivery on site.

We also handle planning and building permit applications, including planning permission, works authorisations, prior declarations and other relevant planning procedures.
