COCOON ARCHITECTE is available for new projects

Founded in 2023 by Laure VINCENT, Cocoon Architecte draws on Laure's professional experience dating back to 2009, primarily in Normandy, particularly in the Seine-Maritime and Eure departments. The practice is based in Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray (Seine-Maritime), where clients are welcome to visit the office, present their projects and work together with Laure to develop their ideas.

One of her key strengths is her extensive experience in public-sector projects, which are often demanding and complex. Her expertise covers every stage, from initial project planning and preliminary designs to planning permission, contractor selection and final construction handover.

Laure takes the time to listen to all her clients, whether private individuals, local authorities or social housing providers. Open communication and attentive listening are the foundations of every successful project.

She works alongside a network of specialist engineering consultancies to ensure that each project is delivered under the best possible conditions. An architect never works alone: depending on the project's requirements, she collaborates with structural engineers, building services and energy consultants, and cost consultants. These professionals are essential to the construction process, and her established network gives clients access to their expertise.

She continually updates her knowledge of accessibility regulations for people with reduced mobility and fire safety requirements for small public-access buildings (ERP), particularly those classified in the fifth category under French regulations.
