QBIS ARCHITECTURE is available for new projects

The qbis studio designs architectural projects for both professionals and individuals: in the city or the countryside, for new construction or the renovation of an existing building, whether it's a standard or heritage building, all aspects can be addressed. qbis has over 20 years of experience and the support of a professional network (structural, thermal, acoustic design firms, etc.) that can be mobilized depending on the issues addressed.

Where?

The studio is located in the northern Morvan region and is available to support projects between Auxerre, Dijon, and Nevers, in the western part of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, in the departments of Yonne (89), Côte d'Or (21), and Nièvre (58). An office also exists in Lille (59).

How?

The first meeting is essential to outline the challenges and context. A preliminary design is most often proposed, with a survey mission to support it if necessary. The resulting outline forms the basis of the project management contract, which can then be submitted and which specifies the client's expectations and the architect's resources.

qbis is able to conduct a basic (full) or partial design.

Basic Design

The basic design consists of the design phase and the construction phase: the works are drawn, described, and quantified in order to discuss them with the client, who validates these elements with the aim of submitting the declaration file to the town hall and conducting a consultation with contractors, usually lot by lot.

Once the contractors have been selected, the contracts are signed, and work can begin according to an operational schedule established with the parties. Weekly site meetings allow for the work to be scheduled until completion. The architect ensures that any reservations are lifted so that the client can use their work with peace of mind.

Basic Mission

Partial assignment

qbis may be entrusted with a partial assignment limited to project design, or to submitting the declaration file to the town hall (preliminary declaration, building or development permit, authorization for work on public buildings, etc.), or to consulting with contractors without monitoring the work. This choice depends on the resources that the project owner (client) wishes or is able to allocate to their project.
