ASSA Architectes is a five-person firm located in downtown Grenoble.
A close-knit team with no turnover.
The firm has been in business since 1979. We work in all areas of construction, both new and renovated. Our practice is general, with a focus on residential construction. We design both single-family and multi-family housing (up to 100 units or more), and of all types, as well as commercial, commercial, healthcare, research, and industrial buildings, as well as educational projects. We also work on projects for public buildings.
We can conduct a diagnostic assessment, assess the capacity of your land or buildings, and file all the necessary planning permissions for your project (planning, planning permission, construction permit, and demolition permit, etc.). We oversee our projects from design through to completion and through the end of the year of perfect completion (one year after acceptance), and we handle the administrative follow-up of all our projects.
We monitor the work on all our projects.
We are supported by engineering teams that allow us to handle all aspects of construction: thermal, fluid, and structural engineering, construction economists, road and utilities, landscapers, and LCA.

We are trained in sustainable development and high environmental quality (DDQE) and continue to receive regular training to meet all your expectations.
